Especially when handling heavy loads up to 1000 kg, a firm grip is essential. The sturdy tubular push handle allows you to maneuver the cart precisely, navigate curves safely, and brake the weight at any time. This reduces strain on your back and significantly increases workplace safety.

Your modular system for load capacity & casters

Adapt the cart to your floor and your cargo:

• 500 kg (solid rubber): The economical solution for standard loads. Puncture-proof and maintenance-free.
• 1000 kg (polyurethane): For truly heavy loads. PU rollers are extremely abrasion-resistant, run more smoothly and protect the hall floor.

Expert tip: We supply 2 swivel and 2 fixed casters as standard for precise straight-line tracking. Do you need extreme maneuverability on the spot? Select the "4 swivel casters" option.

Durability: Galvanized or painted?

The frame consists of solid angle steel , which protectively encloses the 15 mm thick screen printing plate (wooden floor).

• Hot-dip galvanized: Our recommendation for nurseries, outdoor storage areas, or damp environments. Rust doesn't stand a chance.
• Painted / Powder coated: The classic industrial look (standard: light blue RAL 5012) for indoor use.
