How much does a delivery cost?
There is no fixed flat rate for delivery. The calculation of delivery costs depends on various factors:
- Small parts: For packages containing small parts, we calculate the delivery costs based on the box size and weight.
- Larger goods: This is where things get more complex. Costs are calculated based on weight, volume, or loading meter, whichever comes first. Additionally, costs vary by zip code. Other factors such as tolls, diesel surcharges, and insurance come into play, and all of these components are subject to fluctuation.
How long does it typically take for custom-made industrial carts to be delivered?
4 weeks. For larger quantities (>100 pieces), correspondingly longer.
Can I exclude weekends from delivery?
Yes, we do not deliver on weekends.
Do you also deliver abroad?
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs are always available upon request.
Can I return products?
When purchasing in the B2B sector, a sales contract is entered into, and the principle that contracts must be honored applies. If you later decide that you do not wish to keep the goods or they do not meet your expectations, we cannot offer a refund or exchange .
Please note that returns and exchanges are only possible in exceptional cases , for example, if the goods were damaged or delivered incorrectly. In such cases, we will of course exchange the goods or take the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
For small parts such as plate feet and stacking corners, there is a minimum order quantity of 100 pieces.
Is there a warranty on the industrial trolleys?
In the B2B sector, we generally do not provide any guarantees in the legal sense. Instead, a warranty period of 12 months applies.
