That's why we offer our basic trolley (platform trolley) as a highly flexible modular system. Configure the dimensions, load capacity, and surface finish exactly as you need them for your business.

• Optional load capacity: 500 kg (standard) or 1000 kg (heavy load).

• Surface finish as desired: Painted, powder-coated or hot-dip galvanized (best rust protection!).

Load capacity & casters: The choice is yours.

Depending on its intended use, we equip your base trolley differently. The choice of casters determines the maximum load capacity.

• 500 kg load capacity (solid rubber): The standard for workshops and warehouses. Puncture-proof solid rubber tires, ideal for medium loads.
• 1000 kg load capacity (polyurethane): For heavy-duty applications. PU casters are extremely abrasion-resistant, run more smoothly, and can carry twice the weight.

Maneuverability tip: For best results, select "2 fixed & 2 swivel casters" for tracking straight, or "4 swivel casters" if you need to maneuver in tight spaces (e.g., in an elevator).

Quality in detail: Screen printing plate & surface protection

The loading platform consists of a 15 mm thick plywood panel . This is not only extremely durable, but also slip-resistant and water-repellent due to its rough surface.

With a steel frame, you have full control over corrosion protection:

• Painted / Powder coated: High-quality appearance in your desired color (standard: light blue RAL 5012).
• Hot-dip galvanized: The ultimate protection against rust. Ideal if the vehicle is also used outdoors or in damp environments.
