Mobile Sheet Metal Rack – Provide Sheets and Blanks Directly to the Machine

Not Storage, but Production Equipment

The sheet metal rack is on wheels and designed for direct use in the production process – not as a stationary storage rack, but as a mobile provisioning frame. Sheets and blanks are stored vertically and can thus be moved directly to the laser cutting machine, punching machine, or press brake. Restacking and intermediate storage are eliminated.

Vertical Storage – Every Sheet Immediately Visible and Accessible

Sheets stand upright and side-by-side – like in a plate stand. This allows for a direct overview of all stored formats and materials without rearranging or searching through stacks. The right sheet can be identified and removed in seconds.

Adjustable Holders – Also for Smaller Blanks

• Even smaller sheet metal blanks can be safely and uprightly stored

• Painted – economical standard version for dry indoor areas
• Powder-coated – increased corrosion protection, any RAL colors

Suitable Additions

For stationary storage of larger sheet metal supplies, the panel rack is recommended – with support roller at the loading edge, up to 1,500 kg load capacity, and stackable when empty.
