Two push bars eliminate the need to turn the trolley, while the closed end panels made of screen printing plate secure sensitive loads to the front and back – without any pressure marks.

Sandwich Protection for Sensitive Goods

Space is often limited in many warehouses and workshops. Turning a fully loaded trolley, up to 2.40 meters long, in a dead end takes time and carries risks. With this trolley, you simply switch sides and push back.

Unlike the lattice version, the two wooden walls provide a full-surface stop. This is particularly important when transporting sensitive long goods (e.g., painted profiles, furniture components, or pipes). When starting and braking, the load presses against a smooth surface – lattice patterns or scratches in the material are reliably avoided.

• Load capacity & wheels: Puncture-proof solid rubber wheels (500 kg) for even floors or abrasion-resistant polyurethane wheels (1000 kg) for genuine heavy-duty use.
• Corrosion protection: Standardly available in robust industrial paint (light blue). For outdoor use or humid environments, we recommend the hot-dip galvanized version for absolute rust protection.

The loading area and end panels are made of 15 mm thick, non-slip screen printing plate.
