Chassis with push bar & 1200 kg load capacity

Heavy-duty transport doesn't have to be cumbersome. The SLT Bauer chassis with push handle combines our extremely stable square tube construction with ergonomic handling. Thanks to the robust tubular push handle, you can maneuver even fully loaded pallets or wire mesh containers through your warehouse with ease and precision, protecting your back.

Improved handling & occupational safety

Moving heavy loads without a handle often forces the operator into a stooped position, especially when returning the empty cart. Our model with a push handle solves this problem:

  • Easy steering: The lever arm of the bar makes starting and cornering considerably easier.
  • Safety: The operator maintains a safe distance from the load and keeps an overview.
  • Adaptable: The bracket is simply inserted into the tabs on the front. No tools required.

Stability through square tube frame

Like all our professional chassis, this one also uses a closed square tube frame instead of simple angle steel. This guarantees:

  • High torsional rigidity (no "wobbling" of the frame).
  • Long service life even with constant use of the 1200 kg load capacity.
  • Secure storage of Euro pallets and wire mesh boxes thanks to 4 stacking corners.

Floor-friendly PU tires

As standard, we install high-quality polyurethane wheels (2 swivel casters with brakes, 2 fixed casters). These are abrasion-resistant (non-marking), resistant to many oils, and run significantly more quietly than hard nylon wheels.
