Mesh box in special sizes: welded, torsion-resistant – with collapsible front wall if desired

There are many mesh boxes – the SLT Bauer mesh box is built for cases where the standard size does not fit. 138 standard sizes: 23 basic dimensions from 1200x800 to 3000x2400 mm, wall heights from 600 to 1700 mm – low, high, long or narrow. For the high boxes with a wall height of 1200 mm or more, each base area is also available with a collapsible front wall. And if that's not enough, we can manufacture your special dimensions right away.

The problem: high boxes, deep reach

The higher the mesh box, the more tedious it is to load and unload by hand. If you want to reach the parts at the bottom of a box with a wall height of 1400 or 1700 mm, you have to lean far over the wall or tilt the box first.

The solution: collapsible front wall

In the version with a collapsible front wall, the upper half of the long wall can be folded down. This allows you to comfortably access the contents from the front, without having to reach over the full wall height. When closed, two rotary latches secure the flap. The collapsible wall is available in all 23 basic dimensions with 1200, 1400 and 1700 mm wall height – painted or hot-dip galvanized.

Robust due to the welded frame

The frame consists of welded square tubing and is therefore very torsion-resistant – even at 3 meters in length. The standard version comes completely without flaps and hinges: nothing jams and nothing wears out here. The collapsible wall version has its own collapsible frame made of square tubing, which is attached to the main frame with hinges.

Mesh floor instead of sheet metal tray

The floor and walls consist of mesh mat with a mesh size of 50x50/4 mm. The decisive difference to the closed floor: dirt, chips and water do not collect in the box, but fall through. You can see what's inside from the outside at any time – and the box remains clean without cleaning effort.

Stacking and handling

Each size has a load capacity of 1,000 kg and can take a stacking load of 3,000 kg – even with a collapsible front wall. The boxes can therefore be stacked securely on top of each other, and the stacking corners center the stacked box. The 100 mm high feet make the mesh box accessible for forklifts.
