Cantilever Rack with Removable Posts – Flat, Stackable, Forklift-Compatible

The SLT Bauer cantilever rack is a stackable post pallet for storing and internally transporting long goods: pipes, bar stock, profiles, shafts, or aluminum profiles from 4 to 10 meters in length. Unlike classic cantilever racks with a bridge-like design, our rack is intentionally flat – with removable posts that fundamentally simplify loading and unloading.

Flat Design: Direct Removal

With bridge-type racks, the load must be threaded under the crossbeam. With the SLT cantilever rack, you simply remove the posts and lift the material freely upwards with a forklift – even individual layers from the middle of the stack. The posts are inserted into closed receptacles and can be moved without tools.

Round Plate Feet Instead of Stacking Corners

Loaded racks stack via large, round plate feet that self-center over the posts when lowered. Especially with very long racks, this is the decisive difference: instead of having to hit four small stacking corners simultaneously, the rack finds its position by itself. This makes block storage without shelving faster and safer – both in the warehouse and on the loading area.

Empty Transport Without Space Loss

Posts out, racks on top of each other: when empty, the flat frames stack compactly. For return transport and empty container storage, an entire set of racks only requires the footprint of a single rack.
