That's why we offer our base cart (platform truck) as a highly flexible modular system. Configure dimensions, load capacity, and surface exactly as you need them for your operation.

Load Capacity & Wheels: You Have the Choice

Depending on the application, we equip your base cart differently. The choice of wheels determines the maximum load capacity:

• 500 kg Load Capacity (Solid Rubber): The standard for workshops and warehouses. Puncture-proof solid rubber tires, ideal for medium loads.
• 1000 kg Load Capacity (Polyurethane): For heavy-duty applications. PU wheels are extremely abrasion-resistant, roll more easily, and carry double the weight.

Maneuverability Tip: Standardly choose "2 fixed & 2 swivel castors" for true-tracking or "4 swivel castors" if you need to maneuver in confined spaces (e.g., in an elevator).

Quality in Detail: Screen Printing Plate & Surface Protection

The loading surface consists of a 15 mm thick screen printing plate. This is not only extremely durable but also slip-resistant and water-repellent due to its rough surface.

For the steel frame, you have full control over corrosion protection:

• Painted / Powder-Coated: High-quality appearance in your desired color (standard: Light Blue RAL 5012).
• Hot-Dip Galvanized: The ultimate protection against rust. Ideal if the cart is also used outdoors or in damp environments.
