Steel Core in PVC Casing – The Best of Both Materials
A galvanized sheet metal core (25×2 mm) is cast into the PVC body of the protective strip. The PVC absorbs damping impacts and protects surfaces from scratches and abrasion, while the steel core ensures that the strip maintains its shape and does not yield under continuous load. Together, this results in a protective strip that is softer and more flexible than steel – and significantly more economical than comparable PU protective strips.

Areas of Application
