Make "non-stackable" goods stackable. The post pallet is the mobile shelving solution specifically for palletized goods (Euro pallet, industrial pallet, EPAL CP, Asia/USA). Protect sensitive cartons from pressure damage and make double use of the cargo space in the truck.

The "Bodyguard" for Your Pallets

Classic post pallets are often too large or too smooth for standard wooden pallets. Our post pallet was specifically designed to accommodate palletized goods that cannot bear any load themselves (e.g., cardboard boxes, displays, sensitive components).

Your Advantages over Standard Pallet Collars:

• Perfect fit for all formats: Whether Euro (1200x800), industrial (1200x1000), chemical pallets (CP1-CP7) or USA/Asia dimensions – we manufacture the frame to match your pallet.
• Anti-slip included: Integrated positioning corners fix the wooden pallet in the frame. The load will not slip, even during bumpy truck journeys or fast forklift handling.
• Halve freight costs (truck-optimized): The height of the posts is calculated so that you can stack 2-high in a standard truck (depending on the height of the goods). Instead of transporting expensive "air", you make full use of the loading space.

Safety & Load Capacity

The load capacity of 1,200 kg is deliberately matched to the load limit of common wooden pallets. The frame completely absorbs the load of the unit stacked above it – your goods remain untouched and pressure-free.

Ideal for: buffer storage, seasonal goods, picking zones and internal factory transport.
