Self-centering: Stacking without aiming

The extra-large, round dish feet (Ø 180 mm) almost automatically catch the posts when stacking – the pallet finds its position even if the forklift doesn't approach with millimeter precision. With high goods turnover, this adds up to a noticeable time advantage.

Low surface pressure – gentle on the ground

The enlarged contact surface distributes the load and reduces point pressure on the ground. This protects sensitive industrial floors and prevents sinking into asphalt that softens in summer. The mobile block storage unit also stands securely on uneven ground.

Construction and design

• Round dish feet Ø 180 mm – self-centering when stacking
• Load capacity up to 1,500 kg, superimposed load up to 4,500 kg – stackable up to 4 high
• Frame made of steel hollow section – same construction as the proven standard post pallet
• Removable posts – compact transport and storage of empty containers
• Surface: painted or hot-dip galvanized (for outdoor storage)
• On request: Load capacity verification with FEM analysis and calculation according to DGUV Rule 108-007

Suitable alternatives

For solid concrete floors without the need for centering: the standard post pallet with square feet. For small parts and loose goods with the same round dishes: the round post pallet with walls. For block storage of Euro and industrial pallets: the post rack.
