The "bodyguard" for your pallets

Traditional pallet racks are often too large or too smooth for standard wooden pallets. Our pallet rack was specifically designed to accommodate palletized goods that cannot bear any additional load themselves (e.g., cardboard boxes, displays, delicate components).

Their advantages over standard racks:

• Perfectly suited to all formats: Whether Euro (1200x800), industrial (1200x1000), chemical pallets (CP1-CP7) or USA/Asia dimensions – we manufacture the frame to fit your pallet.
• Anti-slip protection included: Integrated positioning corners secure the wooden pallet in the frame. Even during bumpy truck rides or fast forklift handling, the load will not slip.
• Halve freight costs (truck-optimized): The height of the stanchions is calculated so that you can stack them twice high in a standard truck (depending on the height of the goods). Instead of transporting expensive "air," you fully utilize the cargo space.

Safety & Load Capacity

The load capacity of 1,200 kg is deliberately tailored to the load limit of standard wooden pallets. The frame completely supports the weight of the unit stacked above it – your goods remain unaffected and free from pressure.

Ideal for: buffer storage, seasonal goods, picking zones and factory traffic.
